What counselling and coaching services offer:
Tanja's philosophy in working with clients is to
meet each individual's needs as effectively as possible. The emphasis
is on listening to what clients want to achieve, working collaboratively
with them to create an action plan, and supporting/motivating each
person along his/her path to change. Counselling services are designed
to tackle more challenging and long-standing issues, while coaching
can help to focus clients in achieving specific goals.
Ways to use Tanja's services include:
1) To consult, plan, and implement a “change”
effort
2) To help clients design their desired futures
3) To formulate action plans to achieve personal
and/or professional goals
4) To help individuals who are facing challenges
related to a variety of issues such as stress, depression, and low
self-esteem
5) To assist couples in enhancing or improving their
relationships
